Matt and I are about to celebrate 11 years of mostly bliss. This past weekend Bobo and Pops kept Grayson and Matalley so that we could have a few date nights. We went to the movies, out to dinner, out for brunch, worked a bunch in the yard. It was just a nice weekend. The kids had fun too. During the first night dinner, Grayson's tooth was loose and he became very concerned that if he lost it, the Tooth Fairy wouldn't know where he was. He lost it minutes after going to bed and came back out to ask for a small box to put his tooth in so he could bring it home. I guess he decided not to chance it. They definitely kept Bobo and Pops on their toes

but were put to good use helping out with some yardwork.

We were happy to get them back on Sunday and they fell right back into the norm. As we were unpacking the car, there were some water bottles in the garage that Matalley was stepping on to get into the house. Matt asked her to not step on the water. Her sassy reply was, "If you don't want me to step on the water, then you need to move it." Doesn't that mean they missed us? Even with the sass, I did miss these sweet faces:

Lola is finally able to join us at the dinner table in in a seated position.

She is really close to rolling over but stops short of making it to her tummy. I've tried putting toys just out of reach but the best incentive is turning on the tv. She starts out like this

and maneuvers over to this in order to see the tv...uh, oh.
