Green Eggs and Ham

For the past couple months, we have enjoyed a book with Sunday night dinner. The meal matches the book (Split Pea Soup for The Princess and The Pea, Chicken Soup with Rice for Chicken Soup with Rice, Meatballs and Broccoli Trees for Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs, etc.) Tonight we enjoyed Green Eggs Benedict in honor of Dr. Seuss' Birthday tomorrow. Matalley does not like green eggs even though in the book, Sam does like them after trying them. She even helped me put the dye in but she wouldn't be convinced that they taste just the same as white eggs. Grayson said, "Mom makes good special dinners." And when asked about the other dinners I make, he replied, "they are okay." So give me some more ideas folks...apparently Grayson is only impressed by special dinners.
