Holy Week

The weekend of the photos shoot, we also enjoyed a Mother-Daughter Tea at church. Matalley refused to wear a hat (and I mean REFUSED) so here she is in a cute headband instead...her 'tude reminds me so much of my sister.
This is also the day that I became slightly concerned about Lola...no fever at church but fever by the afternoon.
It's Holy Week which means a lot of church and Grayson is old enough for adult church so it's been a different week for him. He's asked a lot of great questions though...my favorite being, "Why did the disciples do that to Jesus?" Throwing someone under the bus is just not okay! On Palm Sunday the kids waved palm branches. It's weird to think that Lola was born on Palm Sunday last year...is she really almost a year?Matalley was able to explain Holy week to her preschool class and the teacher was really impressed with how much she was able to recollect. We dyed some Easter eggs at the beginning of the week. Grayson has been taking his shirt off a lot around the house (reminds me of The Middle) to show his muscles. The kids were very careful with the eggs this year.Well, except for Lola, she just munched on crackers...maybe next year.
