11 Things that crack me up:

1. Lola singing Deep and Wide in falsetto because she is copying Matalley singing Deep and Wide in falsetto.

2. Opening up the kids' backpacks this morning to pack lunches and finding 3 toy guns stashed in each one (THEY WERE NOT TAKING THEM TO SCHOOL!) and laughing that they were playing "spy" last night and moving in covert action along the floor.  Reminds me of my sibs and playing "sneakers" when we were younger.

3. Finding this in my refrigerator...was it a punishment or are they experimenting with frozen bodies?

4. Grayson drawing an anatomically correct spider during church on Sunday after drawing a picture demonstrating his understanding of our Pastor's sermon on theology matters.  He drew a picture of himself and of God with a bubble thought saying "Righteous shall live by faith."  Funny that I took a picture of the spider (notice the web covered fly in its mouth) but I didn't get a picture of the other before he turned it in.  And seriously how can he comprehend all of that and draw it before the sermon is even over?

5. Grayson pouring a glass of milk to the very top, just like my Uncle Steve always did when I was little.  Grayson learned from the best...no spills!

6. Matalley asking for her face to be painted when she had a friend over last week.  They were "rockstar" princesses

7. Lola saying "cheese" whenever a camera is present.  

8. Grayson hearing that Bobo was coming to town during the day and saying, "Yay, that means cookies!"  Bobo's special treat is an entitlement now:)
9. Matalley telling me, after I'd just gotten out of the shower, that a woman came into our house and drew on Lola's face and spilled water on the computer but Matalley told her to leave.
10. Matalley having a total meltdown over a free stuffed American flag that she received from the V.A. hospital (when she sang with her school) that Matt was packing up to donate.  Obviously Matt has learned nothing from my midnight clean up routine while the kids are sleeping and why in the world does Matalley care about a stuffed flag?  She told me that it was the only way she would be able to remember the flag (said over the top dramatically).
11. Grayson relaying that he did not want to go to second grade because a second grader (who Grayson impersonated as a crazy kid with hair that stuck up everywhere) stopped him in the bathroom that day to tell him to enjoy himself now because second grade was way more difficult.  G: "He said....; what's that thing with the line and the two dots?" Me: "A division symbol?" G: "Yes, he said you have to do division."
