Brooklyn Bridge

A few days before Christmas, we joined some friends for our third annual limo Christmas light tour. Grayson was in a limo with 9 girls and we kept teasing him that he would like those odds when he is older. It was a fun night and even Lola enjoyed the lights. My pictures from the night didn’t turn out so well but Tricia sent me some of hers.Lola fit perfectly next to the speakers:This morning Matalley was admiring a sketch Matt's cousin Tamara drew of the Brooklyn Bridge. The conversation made me smile:
M: That's pretty; what is that?
Me: It's the Brooklyn Bridge, Tamara drew it
M: Who broke it?
Me: Nobody, it's the Brooklyn bridge, not broken bridge. It's in New York.
M: (super excited) New York!?!? That's where Alex lives!!(Madagascar movie)

Although Matalley is not my movie/tv watcher (she gets bored quickly), she did manage to watch the entire 'Madagascar' movie, as well as sit in a movie theater and watch 'We Bought a Zoo' in their entirety over Christmas break. I'm not saying YAY, because according to researchers, she shouldn't ever, ever watch tv, but it's a milestone just the same.
