How is it possible that Halloween 2012 is over? We didn't make it to any haunted house and I have no pictures of our traditional jack o'lantern stew. It just came and went and the Thanksgiving decorations are up now. After hearing that neither Grayson or Matalley would touch the inside of the pumpkins, they managed to clean them out good and prep the carving lines (Grayson actually attempted to cut his finger off but we managed to stop the bleeding without a trip to the ER...what happens when Matt is still at work and I am focused on Lola not putting pumpkin guts in her hair). All were excited to go trick or treating...Lola would giggle as Grayson rang the door bell. Happy that they were all polite and said thank you. Love that they fought over who got to pass out candy. Lola was adamant she hold her bag and offer it up to whomever was passing out candy (if ever you wonder about her intelligence, this one figured out the scam of Halloween quickly...noone could turn her away). This morning I asked if she wanted breakfast and she said "No," then looked at me straight faced and said, "Candy?"
