Visitors

We've had more visitors!  Uncle Andy, Aunt Krissy and cousin Janie joined us for a short bit.  We had fun but it was way too short.  Krissy was a working fiend the whole time she was here...dishes, laundry, cooking, playmate, etc.  Her baby boy is going to be a hardworker by assimilation.  Grayson had a basketball game that while a win, wasn't much fun to watch (score was 32 to 0) and Matalley's choir performed Sunday morning...Matalley smiled the whole time.  They all loved having Janie around...Lola really likes having a friend that's almost the same height.  Jane impressed us with her repertoire of animal noises and she did not like Krissy holding Millie.  She said, "all done" more than once.  Sadly Matt's cold was a bugger this weekend, so I wouldn't let him hold Millie.  I think he's gotten sick during the second week with every kid....almost like he has a panic attack that he's a Dad:)  I know it sounds crazy, especially when he's such a good Dad.  He just forgets I guess.

Tia joined us for another evening and got to play a few family games.  I think both Tia and Krissy/Andy were exposed to the Imaginative Olympics play that has taken over our household this week.  If it's not ice dancing or speed skating, they are playing floor hockey using stick horses as the hockey sticks and a rubber basketball as the puck.  Today Grayson said "I'm Sweden."  Matalley said, "What, you're not sweet!!"  Grayson said, "No, I'm Sweden," and Matalley replied, "Oh, okay."(Because that makes way more sense than Grayson being sweet and how come Grayson didn't take offense to Matalley not thinking he is sweet?).
