Happy Easter

Easter was early this year. So early we had snow in Colorado and Amarillo! Millie did not like all the warm weather gear...

 So she took everything off and then was much happier

Grayson helped shovel snow and then tried to make a dam with ice and the snow melt.

Millie discovered that ice snow breaks apart when thrown from high distances and then melts in water

 Matalley made an itty bitty snowman (we gave up on snowbunnies)

 Good mood Lola was there to play

 Face complete

 And then we dyed some eggs

 And went sledding

It was bitter cold. Grayson's moon boots worked about as good as they did when I was little. Lola quit after just 2 runs because her hands were too cold. Millie was done after one so they kept the car warm for us:)

We had some egg hunts with our dyed eggs and lost one. Thank goodness for Lucy's Mom eyes that spotted it before it became a rotten egg. We were happy to have our Chicago cousins in town too...Ben and Julia just added to the fun.

Henry was here too but wouldn't take a picture without mama and Grayson was hiding the eggs.
