There was an JLA Easter Egg hunt the day before with a weird looking Easter bunny. The kids didn't find many eggs, mainly because they were 'scared' to run with the other kids...not sure what that is about.

Christos Anesti!
We had a very nice Easter. The kids woke up Easter morning in good moods but nervous to go in to the living room to see what the Easter bunny brought. They ran around looking for the bunny, skipping over their baskets to check and make sure peter cottontail wasn't around. Upon looking at their baskets, Matalley shouted for 5 minutes about her new scooter, "I got a new bike!!!" After some convincing, she decided to look at the rest of her basket.

And we dyed a few of our own eggs. Matalley wanted the pink and purple dye...of course.
We had our own egg hunt...the kids were much more efficient.
YiaYia kept Lola so the four of us could go to church. We still managed a family picture in our purple.
And here are some recent pics of Lola. She is eating about every 4 hours...sometimes 5 at night. The nurses at the hospital said I needed to wake her every 3 hours to eat and that was proving to be difficult (the girl is a good sleeper once asleep and really hard to wake up). One night she slept 7 hours so I called the hospital to ask...worried that something else was wrong since she rarely woke herself up to eat. They said every 4 hours was more appropriate which was a relief and since then, she's been waking herself up. She has taken to the pacifier (forced to but now likes it) so that is useful. And she's staying awake more during the day. She'll stay awake for a good 3 hour stretch in the morning and then another 3 hour stretch right before her 10:30 bedtime. She's just perfect:)

Lola is just precious. So glad to see you awake in a few pictures! That gives me hope! Happy (belated) Easter to your sweet family.
