White Sands

We spent Labor Day in Las Cruces with our New Mexico family. It was our first trip to visit them at their new home and we had so much fun. The kids played in the pool, at the park, performed skits and just enjoyed each other's company. So fun.
Grayson was not happy I gave away his hiding spot during hide and go seek tag.
Lola is showing off her monkey bar skills

This was a team effort against Uncle Mikee and Matt

After lunch we shopped a bit

Once we left the Parrs, we headed to White Sands National Park for a brief sand sledding experience. I say brief because the hot sun bouncing off the white sand wore us out!

It's like being at the beach with no water so we don't have to worry about sharks (Matalley is an expert at sharks right now)

These pics are for my Dad who would pose us all the time and took a very similar picture of me and my sibs at a dessert in Utah. My kids weren't acting though. It was hot!

We had a really good family weekend even if we couldn't see for a few days after:)
